What We Do

PEC's ISO 9001-2000 manufacturing facilities put high emphasis on state-of-the-art and precision steel fabrication machinery covering material testing, cutting, welding, forming, surface treatment, coating and painting. The technical staff are certified in the different disciplines required to handle carbon steel, stainless steel and steel alloys of different grades. The mechanical (e.g. drives and gears) and electrical parts (e.g. motors, switches and controls) used in PEC's equipment are selected from internationally acknowledged manufacturers. The in-house electrical department designs and assembles the electrical components and controls in NEMA classified panels as per specific site requirements.

PEC's quality system follows detailed specifications that were developed in-house for receiving and inspection of raw materials, auxiliary materials, outsourced electromechanical parts. Procedures are in-place for verification of testing and inspection. The quality system is followed in all links covering design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and servicing.
